"Bryan is a multi-award-winning estate agent with experience in the Southern African real estate industry spanning over two decades. He is a career estate agent and surveyor by training having studied at the University of South Africa and the College of Estate Management in the UK and currently pursuing certification with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors - a global mark of professional competency, ethics and standards in real estate practice, through UCEM.
Bryan is the immediate past president of the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA) a statutory body established by an act of Parliament - the Estate Agents Act of 21 of 2000, having been elected in June 2019 for the period 2019-2022. In March 2018, he led a team of ZIEA Councillors that made a presentation on real estate related legislation to a parliamentary committee at the National Assembly. Bryan has received a number of real estate awards during his long career, with the latest being certificates of excellence for commercial property units sold and rand value of sales during the Seeff Northern Region awards in 2019 as well as the licensee excellence award in March 2020.
